All images published on eCrater by Bonanza are belong to Bonanza and for sales purposes only. Anyone or any shop who uses the same images without our authorization will be thought as illegal copy and fraud, and will be sued as violation of intellegence right. As customer, it is your obligation not to buy any products from any shops using the same images as ours, even though they offer lower price.
Logistics & delivery:
All orders will be dispatched and sent out from our vendors located in China by international courier service upon receipt customer's orders within 48 hours.
The estimated transit time is about 15-25 days. However, the transit time is not guaranteed. Because for international courier service, is it really far beyond our control, for example, peak season, customs inspection, security scrutiny, wheather, local transportation, worker strik, etc, those factors probably delay the delivery.
Return policy:
We offer only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
1). As long as your order is sent out, no cancellation and shipping address amendment are acceptable. Please note.
2). If you don't receive your parcel in one month after placing order, please contact us by email ([email protected]). We will help to check the details.
3). If any defectives of the product, please shoot a video clip and take some photos to prove defectives, and send us by email ([email protected]). We promise to respond within 48 hours, and let you know how to process, like, send replacement, return, refund, etc.
4). We encourage customers to communicate and discuss with us for any issues, as a sincere, honesty and realiable seller, we will do our best to serve you and make you satisfatory. However, we don't accept any unilateral return action from customers.
